One month I had my A/C and furnaced serviced and Was told Indeed a whole new unit because the A/C had a leak and the furnace was old. My brother suggested I call Anchor Heating for a second opinion. I did last week because of the heat and the A/C wouldn't work. Although they were very busy, they sent a service technician right over and inspected my units. The A/C wasn't working because someone left then freon lone caps off, so he charged the A/C and performed some basic service on it. I t is working just fine. Also, he inspected the furnace and said we still haven a couple years left on it.This was all good news and na big relief. The technician was very professional, courteous and nice. Also, the service charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend Anchor heating for your A/C and heating needs

I manage a small business in Rome NY and I had two other HVAC companies work on our commercial air handler and tell us it was unfixable. One of the companies installed a motor to run backwards while trying to fix it which caused it to freeze up and cause water damage. The other company told us the unit was shot and wanted to sell us a brand new one. As a long shot I called Anchor and they sent out a very knowledgeable Technician the same day. He found the motor that was incorrectly installed by the first company and fixed the overall problem! Anchor saved us thousands of dollars!
