Bryan offered us an appointment within 24 hours of my call. He installed a backup sump pump for us and also tracked down and fixed the multiple sources of my water hammer problem. We called BP Plumbing on a friend's recommendation early on a Friday morning after heavy rain when we came downstairs to find our sump pump broken. BP Plumbing was at our house within 30 minutes. About 30 minutes later, we had a new sump pump installed and the crew was on their way after a job well done. The entire experience - from first phone call to job completed - took about an hour. In short: BP Plumbing was incredibly responsive, quick and courteous. Highly recommended!
Bryan is the best around! We discovered him when looking to fix an old shower valve that was faulty. He was great from the first phone call all the way until the job was done. We've used him for another project as well and have been continually pleased with his services. He stands behind his product too as he just replaced a faulty stem in my frost-proof bib they installed over the summer free of charge. Highly recommend if you have plumbing issues!
