Our old AC stopped working. We called to attempt to fix it our unit and they were there within an hour. I was given the options and chose to replace the unit. Jordan gave me all the information I needed in choosing the right unit for us. Installation went very smoothly. Rob Sandman arrived on time and was very polite. He completed the install and clean up much quicker than I expected. We needed our whole heating & A/C system replaced. Mark Stevens from Crossfield guided us to a system that perfectly fit our needs without overdoing the budget. The engineer, Jason, had many suggestions that we implemented on how to make the system more efficient and comfortable. The techs that installed it, Matt, Rob L and Rob S were amazing. They explained everything that they were doing every step along the way and left the entire area clean and trash free at the end of each work day. Our heat pump failed this July in the middle of a heatwave. We called Crossfield and had Jordan out within two days, and were on the schedule within 1.5 weeks for the installation of a new heat pump and dual-fuel furnace. The whole process was easy and professional, from the initial consultation, right through installation and commissioning. Our install crew, Rob L., Mike S., Steve and Dan not only installed a more superior product (Trane) than what came with the house, but the workmanship was on a completely different level. They taught us how to use it, worked out all the rebates and warranty stuff on our behalf, the system works great! Hot outside, inside gonna be COLD, Cold, cold, cold!
