F & D Construction

Jim from F&D construction was great. Was referred to a "handyman" named Mike Setter who is MTS Services. We reached out to him and he gave us an estimate and we agreed and signed a contract. He took half down, $2600. After 4 months of the run around and no work done, we asked for a refund. He agreed and after 3 weeks of no refund, he stopped responding. I don't know how many people were referred to Mike by them but please don't use them and if this is who they are referring don't use them either. Its a shame that people just take money like it's nothing. I called F&D but they didn't do anything really. What a nightmare this is and all because of a referral from them.

F&D had remodeled our kitchen and living room and we couldn't have been more pleased. Brian, Ross, Bill, Steve, and crew were such a pleasure to have around working on our project. The knowledge, attention to detail, friendly attitudes, communication, and cleanliness were outstanding! You wont find these guys cutting corners or not showing up to do the job. Porcelain flooring was poorly laid. The floor was build up using cement. The tiles became wobbly after 1 year. A flooring professional was able to make repair. The pictures and video is proof that no adhesion was used properly on a lot of the tiles causing the wobbly feel. No sealant was used. We are now left with a huge bill to repair what should’ve been done. We made several calls and the manager did not keep his word to have someone come out to assessment the floor.
