Porcelain flooring was poorly laid. The floor was build up using cement. The tiles became wobbly after 1 year. A flooring professional was able to make repair. The pictures and video is proof that no adhesion was used properly on a lot of the tiles causing the wobbly feel. No sealant was used. We are now left with a huge bill to repair what should’ve been done. We made several calls and the manager did not keep his word to have someone come out to assessment the floor. I can’t say enough positive things about F&D. From the very first meeting to the very last, every single person we met was professional, polite, and friendly. I had family who understand what goes into construction comment on how well everything we done. The quality of the work performed was top notch. Even the subcontractors they hire you can tell they don’t chose just anyone. As with any construction project there were small hiccups along the way where I was prepared to have to “battle” but it was never necessary. Brian and Russ came out, worked with me on solutions and implemented them without a second thought. We are so happy with how our sunroom addition turned out and we plan on using F&D for more projects coming up. Service: Home addition construction

I scheduled an estimate for siding. They didn't show so I called back to follow up and they rescheduled. They came for the second appointment and told me they would mail their estimate. It's been over a month and I've received nothing. The only reason I gave 2 stars rather than 1 is because the people I interacted with were pleasant. Update: It's been two weeks since my original review and I still have not received the estimate or any correspondence from the company despite the apology below.
