Should be a no star review. For a simple APU service including espar heater service, Ive been here 8.5 hours. Over $750.00 later they had my truck hostage in the Covid zone. No inside toilets or washrooms available. Freezing cold outside and one dirty Port a John. $99.00 to spray cab with disinfectant for Covid. Included in bill.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in for a simple job, a repair on my heating system. It’s the midst of winter, and my heat does not work. Heard a bunch of people raving about here and came to check it out. Not only was I interacted with rudely, my 57 year old husband with absolutely 0 knowledge on the matter could have done a better job than Eric. Took him 2 days turn around time for a simple task, was unapologetic, and just had a horrible demeanor period. I would not want someone that young with that horrible attitude to service anything I would ever need fixed in my shop if I were the owner. So I would not recommend this place, or maybe I would, just have Eric not be present. Service: Heating system repair
