Jay's Heating and Air

I had Jay replaced the upstairs AC system a few years after we moved in our current house, that was many years ago. Since then, Jay has been the “AC” guy for the annual maintenance & repairs. What I like about Jay is he is honest, fair and he does a good job, in addition, I’ve never had any difficulties to reach him, even if he was not available at the time, he would call right after! Jay was prompt and professional. When other people told me I had to wait or pay extra because of covid he did not take advantage of us. My Boiler went out and googled a repair tech. Jay's number came up and immediately called. I explained to Jay that I had a 18 month old and it was 15 degrees out, he showed up within 20 min and got started on the repair. He was professional and got the heat up and running in no time.
