The Macintosh team was very professional, sending me an estimate, waiting for my approval, and then at the end of service, calling me (with the electrician also present) to confirm the hours worked and to ask if I was satisfied with the work. Scheduling was handled professionally - when they set the timing of arrival, they were here. It was very important to me that the electricians wear a face mask for the entire time they were in my home. They wore the face masks and never complained (and it was August!).
