We had stains and drip lines following Dylan's softwashing of our home. We reached out to share pictures and concerns, and he never followed up as promised. This wasn't what we paid for and his lack of response was extremely disappointing and unprofessional especially considering the amount of money we paid for this job.
Dylan was easy to correspond with, friendly, and kept in touch about the project date. The work was done professionally and thoroughly. Would absolutely recommend him!
