Brian Roach of ABF Roofing happened by one day and noticed that I had shingles missing and needed at a minimum roof repair. I just moved in in March and there was no indication on the housing inspection that anything was wrong with the roof, After verifying the missing shingles, I mentioned it to my neighbor and he thought the roof was at least 20 years old. I called ABF and talked with Marcus Wattley about coordinating a meeting with my insurance agent, Brian and himself. It was unlikely that a repair would suffice and insurance recommended replacement. We all talked numbers, dates and warranties. The warranty is excellent through ABF and another warranty with the manufacturer of the shingles if, for some reason, the company is no longer available. The warranty can be transferred under certain circumstances and I found that to be another plus. The work was scheduled within 2 weeks and took only 3 days. I had ABC roofing come out to fix a leak by the drain on my flat roof. Casey tried to charge me $4,000 to seal the drain and an additional $1900 for drywall repair. I got the entire job done for less than $1100 by another roofing company. I would not recommend ABC roofing Service: Roof repair
