A few summers ago, we had our leaky deck-style roof replaced by Haralson Roofing. The job was quite complex and entailed replacing a good portion of our actual wood deck ceiling while they were up there. In other words, it was not a mere "rip off and replace shingles" sort of half-day style gig. As far as we were concerned, the actual deck replacement part was more important, while the shingles was a secondary matter. Haralson Roofing did a masterful job, and we do not have any issues with our new roof. Although 'not having issues' may sound like a low bar, I must note that, historically, the roof has leaked badly ever since we moved into the home in the mid-80s (i.e., despite having new roofs installed along the way). This is the first time that the interior of the home has had a chance to begin recovering from decades of rain damage. Decent work done initially with good communication over the phone. After paying the remainder of my cash owed I became aware that parts of the job were not completed. I was unable to speak with anyone on the phone for months no matter how many times I called. I had to seek legal consultation and have him write a letter to send to the company to have them answer the phone. The job was completed after this to an acceptable level.
