I had a 50 year old forced air system that owed me nothing and stopped working. After 2 attempts to nurse it through another winter, I made the choice to select Palma Heating and Air on the advice of a family member who had used them previously with great success. Scott and Julio put in the best quality system at the quoted price, showed up on time and completed the job as promised. Total professionalism from start to finish. My mom made an appointment with her this company through her home warranty plan. They were suppose to show up yesterday 6/3/2021 between 3-8.. Nobody showed up or called to cancel. My mom tried calling and so did choice home warranty and nobody ever answered the phone. Based on the positive reviews I had high expectations for this company...yet as today 6/4/2021 st 10:14 am nobody has heard from this company Service: HVAC system maintenance
