Could not be happier with the service I received. My central air needed to be replaced. JD and Scott were very professional and very knowledgeable. Not only were they installing a new AC for me they were doing it in the pouring rain! They answered questions I had. They were more than happy to not only tell me what they were doing but also tell me why they were doing it. Once the job was finished they've made sure they cleaned everything up leaving no sign that they were even here (except the very nice air conditioning unit) I could not be happier with the service Palma heating & air provided for me today not only did I get the best deal around but the service exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on your heating or air needs! Thanks again guys!

I had a 50 year old forced air system that owed me nothing and stopped working. After 2 attempts to nurse it through another winter, I made the choice to select Palma Heating and Air on the advice of a family member who had used them previously with great success. Scott and Julio put in the best quality system at the quoted price, showed up on time and completed the job as promised. Total professionalism from start to finish.
