I called Smith Electric on Sunday morning at 7 because we lost power to half our house. Shane called me back and was there to repair the problem in about an hour. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Also, I was happily surprised with the price for immediate Sunday service. Thank you! Prompt, courteous, priced right, professional. You would never believe that Shane is paid by the hour. He works so quickly to get his job done and make sure he has done all you have asked for and if you have any other problems with electrical he can solve or answer. SUPER PLEASED!!! Too bad google only allows five stars. I will share his business with everyone I know!
My experience with this company was completely positive. Their response time was great and they had very good communication, kept me updated on when they would see me, when they were on the way, and reached out very quickly. Shane was great at mitigating my problem and helping me find a solution. Overall, I am happy with my experience.
