We are part of Wilson’s “healthy home” program and absolutely love it. Wilson keeps us on a maintenance schedule for our HVAC and they help us make smart decisions about which projects need to be done and which can wait a bit. I never feel pressure to decide on the spot and don’t experience being up-sold. I love that they’ve added an electrical component to the health home program. We just had Frank come out and give us his recommendations. He was on time, professional, courteous, and we would absolutely welcome him back.

I must say, I'm very impressed with the service I received from Wilson Heating and Plumbing. They responded to my A/C problem right away. The Technician they sent out, must be one of their best! He was highly skilled, courteous, friendly and explained fully what the problem was. His name is "Dusty Rust". This young man is a strong communicator and I also felt the company (Wilson) is an excellent value... I will definitely be referring this company to everyone one I know. I used Wilson Plumbing 30 years ago and started using them again after I retired and moved back to the area. The quality’s and professionalism is still the highest quality. They’re recently sent two days replacing my air conditioner systems, removed an old heat pump and installed a modern replacement. I am very happy with the results.
