We worked with Justin Bryant in getting our new roof. He worked diligently with our insurance company who kept dropping the ball over and over. Justin stayed persistent with them. Justin was excellent at communication and kept us informed every step of the way. The crew came in and was done in 1 day, including tear off and putting the new roof on. It looks beautiful!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A contract was signed with my elderly grandmother back in January to replace her roof. They took all of the money upfront stating it would be done in a couple of weeks (due to stretch of nice weather). There were many conversations with the salesman stating roof is still in process. After nice weather no roof was ever put on. During spring months we were told due to industry price increases and material shortage it was being delayed. Therefore, the roof would be put up once the industry settles out. Stayed in contact with the salesman and he reassured us multiple times that the roof would be put on. Since then the salesman we have been working was not able to get any answers from the Owner (JOE). At this point we have tried NUMEROUS times to come in contact with the owner (JOE) and he will not answer or return any phone calls. It is extremely sad that (JOE) is taking advantage of my elderly grandmother. This whole process has been a living nightmare. DO NOT DO
