I called this place because the reviews were great and they are a local business. I'm the manager of a small motel (111 rooms) and we are having hot water issues. They guys came out very fast checked everything out and said they just needed to order the part. Well a month went by and we never heard back from them. I call again the Receptionists was super nice and said she would look into it and call me back. 2 days go by we still never hear back do I call again to find out when they will be able to fix our issue that is when I'm told to call someone else! If you are not able to fix an issue you should tell the customer that instead of giving the run around for over a month. We have lost business bc of not being able to have enough hot water for all of our guest and now I have to start my search all over for a plumber again. Just not great customer service at all. Very disappointed because we try to use small local businesses as much at possible.

A plumber came and looked at our hot water tank and we requested a quote to put a tray under it. He said it would take a day. No one ever called. I called the office and talked to the receptionist two weeks later and she didn't know why we didn't get a quote yet. She said she would get it asap and call me right back. She never called. I called two weeks later and they still didn't have a quote for me. They were unprofessional and wasted one month of our time. Zero follow up and zero attempts to help us. We chose to find someone else.

I called this morning to get my ac fixed as it went out yesterday. They sent someone in the next available slot. He was kind and quick. The part was replaced without an issue. Service: A/C system repair
