We called them with an emergency plumbing issue at night as they claimed to have “24/7 services”. We were told a tech would contact us in less than a half hour. I had to call back 45 minutes later and was told “someone can be out tomorrow afternoon”. Not exactly emergency response. The next day they called and told me the earliest someone could come out was not that day but instead in a week. They also offered no explanation for the delay or why they didn’t have people available. I cancelled all service requests with them.
Our hot water tank took a poop, and I called Avon Lake Plumbing on a Saturday! Right away, Dennis took care in understanding the problem, what kind of tank I had and needed. He assured me he could help, which he did. He was highly knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and solved my hot water issue. The install happened right away; as you can imagine, I was relieved knowing I would be able to shower with HOT water! All around a great experience and cost. I highly recommend Avon Lake Plumbing. SUPERIOR Service. I called a couple of in-town plumbers for convenience and supporting the local economy. Well both were a HUGE FAIL. I reached out to Avon Lake Plumbing and Paul did an INCREDIBLE job diagnosing the problem and resolving our issue. Learn from my mistakes, only call ALP whenever you need a plumber. Hands down the BEST!!!!!!!! Services: Sewer repair, Drain cleaning, Faucet installation, Water tank repair
