He went over some options and had it working amazingly fast. The cost was much lower than we anticipated. He also educated us a little about our equipment which makes me feel better. We just had Mitchell's One Hour Heating and AC over to fix a problem we were having with the thermostat. They were on time, personable, professional, very clean and courteous. I loved the fact that they didn't try to upsell anything. We had a replacement thermostat installed. While they were here, they checked out the furnace and AC, and cleaned the outside condenser unit for us as well. Jake was able to answer all questions we had about an upcoming duct cleaning service and gave us tips about our filters. We are club members and feel it's totally worth it to have the peace of mind.
