I would probably give 3.75 stars if given a chance. We were definitely in a bind w/o air and 3 days approaching 100' coming up. It was the sales pitch that made us feel pressured to make an instant decision, that normally we would never do, but tired of being hot and with a next day install promised, we caved and signed contract with out receiving another written quote. The sales pitch was very pressuring, accusatory of other companies' lack of ethics, and truthfully, a turn off. But, we were very enticed by the next day install. The 2 installers, Klint and Josh were awesome and our home is comfortable again just in time. The other written quote came in during their install and we could have saved $1500 for a more efficient, comparable brand,residential grade unit, which is a considerable amount. The other company also offered 3 yr labor warranty, which one hour agreed to match.(better than their 1 year). I was assured the other brand quoted doesn't make builders grade units and

Jake the technician was respectful of my house, polite and explained everything as he went along. Very nice guy! The company was very responsive and I was able to get a very quick appointment to get my AC fixed. My second time using Mitchell's, and I'm satisfied. I'm not sure how the pricing stacks up to others, but it seems reasonable to me. I will definitely recommend to others!
