I was able to set up an appointment to get a quote for electrical panels upgrade with them by just one call. They’re very responsive and be able to come out the next day (while some company didn’t even bother to give us a call back). I worked with Jim Fisher who’s the consultant company sent out. Jim was prompted, detail oriented, and professional. He also was in contact with electrician department manager during the whole assessment process to make sure everything was right. Even though we decided to pause the project, down the road we would consider using them because it’s more piece of mind and they offer good warranty.

And Ray, CJ, and Shane installed a new furnace, AC, thermostat, and hot water tank in a day! They were friendly, efficient, and informative. And they hauled off all of our old equipment.
