Feazel Roofing

Joe came out to inspect our roof after we purchased the home (under Feazel warranty) and I couldn't be more satisfied with his work. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of roofing. He showed me pictures and explained how the ridge vents were at the proper distance after the home inspector said it was to narrow. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. Joe's attention to detail and quality of work was outstanding. He went above and beyond and even helped out with my gutters!!! We just had our furnace and A/C go out among other things and he did a solid by telling me what was wrong and what he recommends out of his own goodness to include clearing out the blocked gutters! I highly recommend this company (shout out to Joe!) for being awesome.

Bob the salesman was great, he went to bat for us and got what the other contractor couldn't. The insurance paid for almost everything. Bob gets 5 stars and the actual work that was done to my roof gets 2 stars. Most of it looks good and all of it looks good from the road. But the aluminum at the edge of the roof like looks like someone that had no idea what they were doing did the work. The aluminum was not cut in places, it was torn. Feazel had to send someone back out because they had pulled some of the siding off of the house. I have never roofed a house but it looks like this was my first. I was told that when the new gutters and downspouts were installed they would put them in the same place unless I asked for them to be moved. Well I did ask for one downspout to be moved but they moved several others. That would be fine but now I have extra holes in my house and siding that is a different color where the gutters used to be. When the Feazel tech came out he agreed that some of i

Salesperson was excellent. Supervisor that came back after works left to correct all the problems. He was excellent. 1st day - 4 to 6 Mexican men were dropped off at our home, unsupervised. Was horrible - they worked until 9:30pm. In the dark. I had to call company to call them and ask them to leave for the day. I'll stop here. It was not a pleasant experience. $16,500.00 Was the cost.
