Feazel came out to our house one night after a hail storm and asked if they could check out our roof. After doing so, we were told it needed replaced. They worked with our insurance and the process went very smoothly. The new roof looks great and we have had no issues with it. Recently a piece of siding came loose on the side of the house. I called to see if they did anything like that and they set up an appointment to come out. The guy came out, looked at it, fixed it, and said no charge. I really appreciated that. They are a great company that seems to care about their customers. I highly recommend them. Service: Roof installation

Bob the salesman was great, he went to bat for us and got what the other contractor couldn't. The insurance paid for almost everything. Bob gets 5 stars and the actual work that was done to my roof gets 2 stars. Most of it looks good and all of it looks good from the road. But the aluminum at the edge of the roof like looks like someone that had no idea what they were doing did the work. The aluminum was not cut in places, it was torn. Feazel had to send someone back out because they had pulled some of the siding off of the house. I have never roofed a house but it looks like this was my first. I was told that when the new gutters and downspouts were installed they would put them in the same place unless I asked for them to be moved. Well I did ask for one downspout to be moved but they moved several others. That would be fine but now I have extra holes in my house and siding that is a different color where the gutters used to be. When the Feazel tech came out he agreed that some of i
