The Furnace Man was able to come out to my house very quickly after placing my request for service. He showed up exactly at the specified time, and he was very polite, even nice to my dogs, which is a big deal to me. He was able to diagnose my issue as a clogged filter within minutes (embarrassing that I didn't catch that myself), but he still ran the full list of tests to make sure my air conditioning unit and furnace were in perfect working order. He did not charge me to replace anything unnecessary, and he gave me a quote and the option to clean my coil myself rather than paying to have it done. You have to appreciate that level of honesty and professionalism. I only paid for the trip out, no parts or service needed!

I used this company at the request of my home warranty. They never reached out to me and when I called, the woman was very sweet and apologized for needing to wait so long for a technician to come to check my unit out. When the technician came, he never told me his name and went about his business, looking at my unit. He informed me that my unit wasn’t even running and that he would contact me when he was back in the office to schedule a repair. After one week, I heard nothing so I reached out three times over the span of four days, in hopes someone would contact me but every time, I was only able to leave my contact information. Finally, I gave up and called another company. Ironically, my home warranty called me and stated that the company was requesting coverage for unreasonable things considering what my issue was.
