I would give you guys 10 stars if I could! As a single mother looking for a company to handle my moldy water infested basement honestly and being treated fairly not like an “easy target” was beyond frustrating until Jay showed up at my door within 2 days of me calling him. From the start he was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and how he could fix it. By this point I had 6 companies already at my house so I was somewhat familiar with the solutions he proposed. I actually impressed him once or twice ;). The next day I had his estimate in my email as promised. Their prices were the best by over $10,000!!!!!!!! I was hesitant because of how much lower his quote was but he said to trust him and his crew to deliver as promised. And deliver they did! It has poured over the last few weeks and not a drop. Jason did a great job, the estimate was very reasonable and it made Ohio State Waterproofing look like a clear scam. I had two sumps put in and a bowing wall that was repaired with carbon fiber straps and poly injections. Jason and his crew took time to cover everything and keep cement dust under control as much as possible. They were local, honest, hard working guys. The team had good time management as well. At the end of the project, the crew took their time to clean and did a good job with it. The work came with a lifetime warranty that's also transferable to a future home owner. I highly recommend this company.
