ARP Heating & Air Conditioning

I moved into a house and saw from the maintenance records that ARP had been maintaining the HVAC and gas powered generator on the property so I called them in for routine service. Tony, the technician is friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Top notch. I needed a new water heater and it was a difficult job because of how my basement is configured. Andy, the owner, came over to assess the job, figured out a solution and came out with his crew on a Saturday to do the installation. Once again, top notch. It is easy to recommend their services. Compressor on outdoor unit failed, and ARP was super helpful in 1st checking with manufacturer on warranty coverage, and then was very flexible & helpful in recommendations on how to get things back up & running. Andy was very helpful and gave me solutions for my problems. He explains everything and even came out on a Sunday for an emergency when the company that installed my generator would not. I would definitely use them in the future and for any generator or electrical needs.
