We had a furnace and a/c unit installed. They were here once already to fix the old a/c and one time for the furnace so when it was time to have the units replaced I automatically called them. Laura is wonderful to talk to and she is very helpful. They came out and gave me some prices and after some research on my part, they seemed to give us a good price. They scheduled it for the same week and came in and installed the units, cleaned up everything, and then explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend On the Spot! Our A/C decided to stop working during the hottest week of the year this spring. When I called On The Spot, the office manager that answered was responsive, sympathetic, and efficient in scheduling the appointment for the same day. We were not all that surprised to learn that we needed a new unit as the old one was over 25 years old. The owner came out and discussed our options that same day as well, even though it was near the end of the day. The pricing was comparable to others. We were able to get a new unit installed within 36 hours of the original appointment and everything is running great! They showed up exactly on time when they said they would. Also made a follow-up call to ensure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this responsive, professional, and efficient small, local business.
