We moved into this house 11 months ago and have had on going plumbing issues for majority of our time here. The house was flipped and unfortunately, not done completely right, especially with the plumbing side. We have had several other plumbers out to unclog back up from both sections of our house. We also kept having issues with a toilet leaking into the basement. Our tech repaired the toilet and then discovered we had a clog. He ran the camera down and discovered what has been giving us problems for months! The two main drains went into one that led to the septic and it was connected very poorly! Our tech offered to come in on his off day because he felt we didn’t have much time until the problem got worse. Within a few hours the main drain was repaired and with the large amount of work done, there was barely a mess. 100% satisfied! I called early the day after we experienced back-up on the main drain line. The morning times were booked but we had a 12-2 time available. Chris called during that time and was at the house within 15 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue and offered me a couple options. I chose the not-as-cheap-but-more-permanent choice which requires having another colleague help out. They both wrapped up within an hour and the drain was running great! We’ve used Plumbing 911 to replace our sump pump and to scope our pipes to ensure they weren’t cracked or damaged. They were extremely professional, on time and answered all of our questions and eased the concerns we had. Would definitely use them again and recommend them!
