If your RV needs generator repair I do not recommend taking it here. My generator quit running and was flashing a service code. I was recommended Professional Engine Systems. I made an appointment and dropped my motorhome off at their shop. A little over a week later I contacted the shop. They had not had a chance to look at the generator. Since I had non-refundable reservations at a campground I told them I’d be picking up the motorhome and I’ll bring it back next week. Upon arrival I immediately noticed two of the slides were extended on my RV and the blinds were drawn. Since the generator can only be accessed from outside the unit there is absolutely no reason why anyone would need to put the slides out. I asked why my slides were out? The employee said “we thought you came and put them out.” I asked him where the RV keys were kept while they had the unit? He stated they were kept inside the office. Anyone who owns an RV knows the slides cannot be put out unless you have a key
