A & L Heating & Cooling

VERY UNRELIABLE!! Called at 9:33PM for service on a nonworking furnace at 8 degrees. The operator said a tech would return my call. 11:07PM came around and still no call. I called back, another operator confirmed I called and said she would contact a furnace tech. Never received a call back. Reccomend NOT using this company.

Last summer I ran into a problem. My AC just conked out during the hottest week in the summer. I was afraid I would be put on a long waiting list and not have my AC serviced in time to be able to enjoy it, considering my elderly mother-in-law was staying with me, fixing my AC was a big priority. I called, had an appointment set up in no time, and their technicians arrived promptly (a few minutes late, but I understood they were booked with other service calls, and the tech guy was super nice and apologized, even though it wasn't a big deal to me). They were great! My AC was fixed in no time and their bill for the job was very reasonable. I would use A & L again, no question.

Our furnace went out Saturday! I called my local furnace company in canton ohio.  They said 180$ to just come out because all there guys had worked there 40 hours.  I thought since I spent almost 3,000$ in summer they would help me.  NOPE.  I called A&L and they were out same day.  120$ I saved 60$ from the  start.  Technician bill came.  Explained everything. 5 stars.  10 stars if I could.   I now have a new furnace guy and company for life.   Thank you bill and A&L.  And I will pass along your number to everyone I know.
