BARLEY'S HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

They're a fair service with decent prices. They've fixed my problems in the past for myself as well as family without much trouble. But trying to get them to come out lately is extremely difficult. I took two half days from work waiting for them but they kept telling me that they were not able to get to me. I was promised Thursday and no show. I was told Friday Morning and they were a no show. I gave them a call and was told they had jobs that they had to finish up from the night before. As the other reviews have said, customer service with them is deplorable unfortunately. Additional information 9/10/18 - I reached out 3 months ago regarding this review in trying to let them know how I felt with no response. I've since found a few other Heating and Cooling businesses that are local to us that do a fantastic job. Barley's just does not cut it in today's market and their service really shows it.

My heater quit working & the house was getting cold. A friend suggested them. They came right out, got it working & replaced the part that was going bad. I will be calling them for all my furnace/ air conditioning needs in the future.

Woke up to cold air blowing from our furnace in the middle of the night. Called Barley's because they were so close to my house first thing in the morning. They got me in same day and everything is repaired and working as it should and prices were more than reasonable. The service techs were on time (got a call 15 minutes out and they were there when they said), professional and overall great to work with. I'll be using Barley's Heating and Air Conditioning for everything in the future, they were great to do business with! Services: Heating system repair, Heating system maintenance
