Our plumber was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed all our concerns without issue. He even recommended a few things we could do to prevent future problems. Reasonable pricing as well.

Always excellent service. Have used them numerous times to replace water heaters in my rental homes. Called them 2/21/22 and they came out to the house within 2 hours, replaced the heater, and cleaned up nicely. Pricing was about the same as Home Depot through their installer but Baum uses the Bradford White HydroJet water heaters, and I've never had one fail in over 20 years since I standardized on that model for my rentals. Absolutely recommend Baum Plumbing LLC! Our upstairs shower drain loosened from stack and so LEAKED. Baum came out repaired leak with minimal ceiling damage. Had them out again to make vanity sink drains up to plumbing code; did it. Baum sent Jack both times. Experienced, thorough, personable and even cleans up afterwards. I am very happy with quality of work, pricing, how quickly Baum was able to schedule our jobs and how comfortable we felt with Jack. Another plumbing company couldn't get to us for over a week.
