Josh & Mark did an excellent job replacing my old A/C system! They had to deal with several unexpected challenges due to my request to put the new outdoor portion of the system in a different location than the old unit. They did a great job of keeping me informed in how the install was progressing, had friendly conversational attitudes, and cleaned-up well after the job was complete. I will certainly call Elsass when the day comes & my A/C &/or furnace need service! Service: Install AC
First contacted Doug Elsass over 20 years ago to replace my furnace and AC. The most knowledgeable man I know. Continued with their support over the years and then when needing replaced, had them install for me again. Awesome price and install process. Thanks again Doug
Our other company we normally called closed, so we decided to give Elsass a try. We had been without heat for several days calling the other company; and so we called Elsass on a Saturday. Receptionist/Dispatcher for their 24/7 line was great and she got all our details and forwarded them to a local technician. Dale responded promptly, and had me give him some details of our heater so he could make sure he had the parts he might need. When he showed up to our house, he was very polite and knowledgeable and walked us through what was wrong, and why our ignitor had failed. Excellent service all around! Heater is running great again.
