Service technician Dale did a very thorough job going over our furnace. He explained everything being done and answered all my questions. The service was more thorough than any of the previously used companies. I will use them again in the spring. Service: Heating system maintenance

HIGHLY recommend. I have a nest thermostat and I was at my wits end with it. My heat wouldn't kick on and stay on. After trying to fix myself (on line said flame sensor- not it) I gave up and called for help. Same day, 20mins later a service tech was at my house. He trouble shooted only to realize parts were corroded. He tried to clean them up for us to see if we could get it to kick on and see about new parts for now. However it threw another code of reverse polarity which lead to him checking the blower for excess water. Omg there was like 3 gallons of water! (Not good!) Here the ppl who had the house prior to us had the exhaust not angled right, not vented correctly, nothing was right on it. They took the time to get to the bottom of this issues and FIX IT CORRECTLY! The tech made a call to the boss who promptly came with new pipes to make this all correct and they did. They saved us. Simply put. The heat is working better then it ever has even for an old beat up unit that's rusting
