Dirk and the team did an excellent clean fast install. They put in an all new 4 ton compressor, air handler, humidifier bypass and electronic control unit, intake ducts and exhaust piping. See the 'X' creases in the new hand formed intake ducts? This company goes the extra mile to do the install correctly the first time. THX Hero!

Very happy with the service today. Placed a service call with my HSA home warranty last night, got a call early this morning from Hero and had an appointment set up for this afternoon. Technicians were on time, very friendly, and were able to quickly diagnosis the problem and fix the AC. Will definitely use Hero again.

We have used these guys in the past for clean and checks, but this time the guy was super rude. He walked ahead of us into our home, opened a closet door and proceeded to step into it by accident. He offered no solutions for heating our home, and when he walked to his truck we expected him to return with options. He drove off. We called someone else who is helping us.
