Very happy with the service today. Placed a service call with my HSA home warranty last night, got a call early this morning from Hero and had an appointment set up for this afternoon. Technicians were on time, very friendly, and were able to quickly diagnosis the problem and fix the AC. Will definitely use Hero again.

Had my unit services for mold. Left a lot of water from evaporation tube in my crawl/basement caused mold to return. When I called to have someone come back out I was told company had permanently closed their doors! Had to find another company and repay to fix the mess and damage left behind. So disappointed as I had been using this company (with good results) for years. I don’t know what got into the company owner (Dirk) but I was left in a bad way ????. So sad to see a good company go so far down hill and so fast.
