A few weeks back I had routine maintenance done on my heating unit. I had never heard of Hey Neighbor but based on reviews I gave them a call. Darnell was the the contractor to come out. He called 15 minutes ahead of arriving and was very professional. As a woman who lives alone I was comfortable with Darnell from the start. He was very respectful, very knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining what he was doing and answering any questions I had. Price was on point and did not deviate from quoted price, as many other companies will try to do. That said, I also had no issues with my heating unit, so no repairs or new parts were needed.
