Great company! The technician was knowledgeable and fixed our issue quickly. The office kept us informed as to when he would arrive. Very professional! Would recommend!

I had to have a new hot water tank. The one we had was over 10 years old. Miracle Plumbing was responsive and was able to schedule us quickly. I appreciate their hard work and efficiency but I would like others to be aware of a few items. This isn't a complaint just sharing information. If your tank is not new, you will probably have to have extra work to make sure you are up to code. They did that but it did increase price slightly. Make sure of your parts and labor warranties and get a copy with paperwork. I had to ask for it. New hot water tanks has a blinking light, and on the label on the hot water tank will list any possible error codes. (which is helpful when I found out about it). After the work was done, we received a post card from the Stark County Health Dept. that the work had to be inspected. Surprise, but that was fine - just had to schedule it. Unbelievable service! Doug Remillard, was a tier 1 technician, and had my problem solved in an hour. The response time was incredible, as he was at our place in less than one hour. Also, the price was incredibly fair. Would reccomend.
