Zoned comfort came out and said they would replace parts on my furnance and has yet to put them in or contact me. It doesn't take this long to get parts, they can be sent overnight. It's been a few weeks now!!!
Called zone comfort this Monday morning told them was having problems with my air Andy the technician showed up two hours later it turns out I needed a new thermostat he installed it ran the furnace through a few cycles everything check out good thank you Andy for a excellent service experience you and your company will be highly recommended Service: Install thermostat
Polite, Respectful and HONEST! With the problem I had, they could've easily been misleading and told us that the part needed replaced but he was very honest and said it just needed cleaning!! VERY Few companies ever do that nowadays! Highly recommend!
