The crew from Johnson Home Improvement was very clean, on time and on budget. All the work done was top notch. We had a master bathroom completely redone and a basement with bedrooms and a bathroom finished. I highly recommend Johnson Home Improvement.

I hired Johnson Home Improvement to install and grout a porcelain tile floor and backsplash in my kitchen. What a mistake! The floor is not flat. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. He ran out of grout and never returned to finish grouting the floor and the backsplash as he was hired to do. The grout started cracking within a month after installation. In addition there are low areas of grout as well as rippling and holes. Beware that Mr. Johnson does work his way rather than how the manufacturer specifies their product must be used. Failing to follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions voided the warranty on my subfloor, tile, and grout. The work done by Mr. Johnson was substandard and unworkmanlike. He took no responsibility for the end product and had horrible customer service skills. He ruined $1600 of tile which I had to eat as well as the cost of his install plus having to my pay another contractor to rip out the whole floor and correctly install a new one.
