These guys are great! I'm 2 years into my purchase and this review is long overdue. The best part of my tardy review is I have the time and experience with not only the unit itself but also Adams customer service. They came out on the coldest day of the winter in 2021 and replaced my furnace. Our previous unit had died and we were in a bad spot with winter still weeks from being over. Our purchase was not impulsive however as we quoted 3 units from other vendors. The Carrier unit was the most costly, but the unit was rated much higher than any of the competitor models. Also, Adams had a very favorable finance options for the purchase that served to be much smarter than purchasing the unit outright. Two years into this purchase I can make the claim that the unit is so efficient that our utility bills have dropped so much that's it's offset the cost of the monthly payment of the unit (it's paid for itself in monthly utility savings). I will repeatedly use this company for all my HVAC needs. Last night my heat stopped which is the middle of January. I called first thing this morning and the kind gentleman scheduled Chase to help me. He called to say he was running ahead of schedule and could come sooner if that was okay. YES of course. He was very polite and kind. Wore shoe protection. Looked at my system, explained what needed to be replaced. It was fixed in no time at all. I asked if my old furnace needed to be replaced.
