She was courteous and an expert customer relations representative. Tod came to the job in time for us to discuss the details before he started working. He also was courteous, knowledgeable, and put us at ease as first-time customers. His work was exceptional. He also discussed with me some other ideas to improve our electrical safety (like old wiring and connections), but he didn't pressure.
