We used Cardinal Home Improvements for our new roof and couldn't be happier!! From the get go I knew we were in good hands. This locally owned company quickly arrived on site to assess the situation, and the ball immediately began to roll. Kelley helped me work with my insurance and actually caught some things they forgot to include per Ohio Code. He supplied us with several options and samples for the roof, skylights designs, as well as his thoughts and recommendations. When the crew came in to work they were super polite and impressive to see in action. I was equally impressed with how clean the place was when they left. I didn't' find a single nail in the yard. Overall, our house looks brand new, and we were amazed with Kelley and his crew. When the job was finished, I walked out to take a look and saw Kelley, the owner of the company, on the roof spraying off my siding and wiping it down. If I could leave a negative star amount I would! Cardinal installed a roof on my home for the previous home owner 4 years ago. When installed they missed a section of drip edge resulting in water damage to the underwood of my roof. During a storm a piece of facia was ripped of reveling this damage that had been occurring from a long period of time. We are talking crumbling wet side boards and plywood under the singles. I was not the purchaser of this roof. And the warranty is expired by 1 year. I fully understand that. But as a business owner myself I stand by work I do 1000%. It is sad to me that this company does not when the damage to my roof was caused by incomplete work.

I highly recommend Aaron at Cardinal Home Improvement. He is very knowledgable about all aspects of roof repair and replacement and follows through on everything he says he will do. Aaron could write a seminar on customer relationships. The work crew was just outstanding. A great job done in one day and they were on their hands an knees at 10pm with flashlights making sure they left no nails on the ground.
