On the hottest day of the summer my 83 year old mother's heat pump system could not keep up the temperature in her third floor condo with vaulted ceilings. She was told that it needed to be replaced. She was panicked and dismayed at the news. I contacted Wayne and he checked out the system the very SAME day! He was totally professional and explained things to my mother in person and again to me via text. He told us that while her system was older it was not yet ready to be replaced.
