If showing up on time....or at all...is important - suggest you find another provider. We had multiple visits following new furnace installation and they cancelled AFTER appointment or showed up late - with no advance call or opportunity to reschedule. Called and spoke with Manager (Mark) and same excuses....too busy. To be fair the technicians who ultimately showed up were professional. Hours of waiting time I'll never get back. Jeff was very informative and personable and helpful in our decision to purchase a unit. Steve did a great job with the install and was quick and efficient.
My parents just had Jonle install 2 new AC units about a month ago. Since then, they have raved about Dave's professionalism while installing the units. Thankfully my parents had a wonderful experience with both Jeff and Dave at Jonle and would highly recommend them to anyone!
