Steve S has done a superb job on my water heater replacement today. My 15 year-old Rheem water heater was leaking and end of life. I am so lucky to have him for a free consultation without any trip charge (some companies charge $75 trip fee for just a consultation). Steve is very knowledgeable and highly experienced professional plumber to make sure that the installation meets the State Code. He explained rationals, added the drain pan and expansion tank which were absent in the previous installation (some company quoted me extra $150 to have an expansion tank installed), screwed all vent pipe together, lined gas pipes without any angle stress, secured the expansion tank, hauled away my leaking water tank without mess, and made sure my new heater working fine. He has my new water heater installed in a professional way starting from consultation to the end of work. Steve has more than 35 years of plumber experience, very nice and patient, teaching me and answering me many questions
