Recently charged a $95 trip fee just to tell me that they don't do service on my Trane system and its current blinking orange lights. Literally no service provided. Even after I told them I have a 2 year old in the home struggling with breathing issues, they took my credit card payment.
Scott and Jamie were great! They installed a new AC and furnace with a new thermostat. The whole process took about 2 days and they kept me up to speed on what they were doing throughout. I also had a rusted out pipe in my basement that leaked from condensation that they fixed! All in all I've very happy with my experience. Ray found a few things wrong worn out on my eight year old air conditioner and he explained everything thoroughly and replaced it as far as I can tell perfectly!
