Zins repaired an old stack that had cracked and created a leak throughout my kitchen and basement. During my basement project, Zins was awesome rerouting my basement bathroom plumbing; concrete floor demolition, new pipes for shower and vanity, and installation of a 150 pound shower pan. And, I was charged $1,000 LESS than the original e$timate. What companies would do that - lower the price I was prepared to pay on a more-than-fair estimate. Zins will get all of my future projects. I contacted Zins to see if they serviced in my area, unfortunately they did not. But instead of that being the end of the phone call, they recommended a company in my area. I was able to have my plumbing issue resolved within three hours! I definitely will recommend them to friends and family for their great customer service alone.
