very happy with the service. Josh came out on a Sunday afternoon in response to a call that morning about a clogged toilet and backup into the shower. He was professional and courteous, did the work quickly and when he determined correctly that the clog had cleared on its own, did not charge me a dime, which is not something I expected but greatly appreciated.
