Bryan called to update arrival time and showed up right on time. He assessed the problem and formed a plan of action to remedy the situation. He was very through and explained in detail how to correct the problem. He presented plan for current problem and one for additional work. He took the time to show me how to prevent problem from reoccurring. Did not feel pressured to do additional work but scheduled for a later date. Bryan was professional and very knowledgeable. Our shower clogged while we had company staying over; I scheduled Roto-Rooter near the holiday fully expecting to have to wait until next week. They were there the very day I scheduled, on-time, in and out in less than an hour with absolutely no disruption to the rest of the day. While they were perhaps a bit pricy, they made the job pretty affordable with available discounts and the price was certainly worth the professionalism and speed with which they did the job.
