I discovered that my heat exchangers were failing on my ~20 year old boiler. Bill Hahn worked with me and gave me an offer for a new boiler and hot water heater I could not refuse. On the days of installation, Bill R., Adam, and Graham arrived promptly and were wonderful. Updates were communicated regularly, and all of them took their time going over my new setup, going over troubleshooting concerns, and even labeling all of the valves.
