I discovered that my heat exchangers were failing on my ~20 year old boiler. Bill Hahn worked with me and gave me an offer for a new boiler and hot water heater I could not refuse. On the days of installation, Bill R., Adam, and Graham arrived promptly and were wonderful. Updates were communicated regularly, and all of them took their time going over my new setup, going over troubleshooting concerns, and even labeling all of the valves. I hope to enjoy this system for many many years to come. Highly recommend V&E.

Verne and Ellsworth Hann are definitely worth checking out. My furnace died, and my AC was very old. Working with Chris was a pleasant and straightforward person to work with. He immediately realized that the unit was too big and to reduce the cost of gas and electricity, he suggested going for a smaller size. I anticipated it would take some time, however they were able to schedule the installation quickly. The installation crew was outstanding, diligent, and professional, arrived on time, communicated well (to me that is a plus). Every time I went to check on their progress during the day, I was amazed by how much they were accomplishing. They would also ask if I had any other questions. Verne & Ellsworth Hann replaced our old furnace and water heater in December. We got a decent price and they were very transparent about cost. Installation was one day for the furnace and one day for the tankless water heater. All the service techs were real nice and friendly; I am curious and ask a lot of questions. First time homeowner, so I was a noob when it came to big house expenses, but I don't regret choosing V&EH. Highly recommend
