Carey Plumbing

I used Carey Plumbing for a sewer drain blockage. My drains from the sewer were backing up into my basement. The receptionist was very kind and I was able to call and get a same day assessment and get the problem fixed. She communicated that the technician would call 30 min before arriving and gave me an estimated time, which I appreciated. Nick arrived and was helpful in assessing the problem, and explained to me different Options for fixing. He then called someone for some help. For over an hour they tried to clear my drain and were very persistent in troubleshooting and not giving up on fixing the problem. He was diligent in getting the cleared and communicating to me what was going on through the whole process. I am thankful for the swift and thorough job. Service: Sewer cleaning
