We were in need of a roof to be replaced. However we did not know what will work best for our business type. The entire process was painless for our staff to make the decision. The work was done in less than 2 days- quick & efficient. So far we are very happy with our new roof, it looks great. Their staff was pleasant and professional. Roman tested our roof and found water in the base of it. They brought us very many samples and systems. Even that others would have sold us on a much more expensive material, Roman pointed us on the right path that was perfect and that will hold the time. We can not thank the crew enough for the hard work and professionalism.

Roman at Cleveland Commercial Roofing immediately returned my initial phone call where we had an in depth conversation about my project and concerns and was very responsive and understanding. He was out later that afternoon and gave me a bare bones breakdown of what he saw versus the info I provided him based on other vendor input. His quote for repair was very reasonable and he was able to start the next day. I am in the asset management and real estate development business so I’m not necessarily green to these projects. They completed it within two days and provided a warranty (which I did not need, as they did the work correctly the first time unlike other vendors that just put “bandaids on.”).
