We called Conserve-Air because we needed our furnace serviced and cleaned. We scheduled our appt. and they told me they would be there between 8-12. The best part was the same day that I made our appt I received an email with not only the date, but also the name and a picture of the tech that would be coming to our house. This was really impressive to me. Nick called me the morning of our appt at about 8:30 and told me he would be there in about 15 min, which he was. Once Nick got here he was very professional and informative. He not only cleaned and serviced the furnace, but also explained that we have a 2 stage furnace and only a 1 stage thermostat, so they are not communicating properly to heat the house. He offered to fix the problem that day and gave me a price right away. I told him that I needed to discuss with my husband first which was not a problem. We are going to have the problem fixed and we will be using Conserve-Air and Nick to do it. Thank you for a great experience.
New furnace and air conditioning units replaced in mid October. The furnace has NEVER worked correctly, and Mike Aerni is still promising to fix it 3 months later. He makes appointments and doesn’t show up. I have had heat the entire time, but the furnace does not perform properly. Services: Ductless heating & A/C services, Install thermostat
Bill has been our service pro for several years. He is always prompt & courteous. He explains in detail any problems with our units & the repairs are always done in a timely manner. I feel confident our units are in good working condition after Bill's service call. I would highly recommend Conserv-Air.
