We have a recently remodeled kitchen, but the hose to the side sprayer got a tear in it and was leaking. We hired them to replace the hose and provided the replacement hose, exact same model. The technician was not able to figure out how to connect it. He took apart the sink in his attempt, but couldn't solve the problem and ended up disconnecting it completely and capping it off, leaving us with no functioning side sprayer. What's worse, there is now a slow leak under the sink and there wasn't before. Very unsatisfied.
Hired Mayes and Sons to come fix a leak I’d been dealing with. Matt the technician they sent out was great. He took the necessary time out to locate the leak, and made sure there were no other problems. He repaired the pipe and gave me clear Instructions on how to manage everything.
