First, we called on a Saturday afternoon and they responded in minutes. Eventually after consulting with Angie, we decided to replace our 24 year old furnace. Their pricing is great, their service team is professional and always on time. We had a lot of questions that were answered and never felt pressure from the company to buy. Technician was late. Very poor communication on the problem. Biggest issue is when I called in to talk more about the problem. The lady I spoke with was rude, cut me off when I was trying to relay my concerns. I would never recommend anyone to this company. The woman on the phone needs serious lessons on proper customer service. She wouldn’t let me talk without interrupting me. I will never use this company going forward. Very upsetting.
