I just came back from vacation to find out I had no hot water. I tried everything I knew, but couldn't get it working. I called Custom Care and Montana came out and apparently my hot water control switched to vacation mode. I didn't even know that was a thing. In a day where companies rip people off, they could have said I needed a new tank or control module, but they didn't. Montana knew what the problem was and ONLY fixed the problem.
